Neither the City, nor the entities responsible for the preparation of the documents identified herein, are responsible to the Respondents for the completeness and/or correctness of the technical information provided as it relates to the preparation of submittals in response to the City's solicitation documents.  Respondents shall be responsible for verifying all technical information as it relates to the preparation of their qualifications and/or proposals to be submitted to the City.
